The idea with Coeli’s investments in real estate is to benefit from the structural changes happening on the real estate market. The cities are growing and areas convert from previous utilization, such as industrial premises to housing, offices or schools. Interesting business opportunities are to be found.

How does Coeli Real Estate work?

Coeli Real Estate invests in premises with potential for development. The real estates have positive cash flows from current business and create return on investments. Furthermore, the locations are strategically very good as the local plans are most likely to change. A new local plan is usually followed by growth.

Invest in real estate fund

The investor will be assigned stocks in Coeli real estate fund with is listed on Nordic AIF, a part of NGM stock exchange. The fund will invest in 10 – 15 direct owned real estate projects that fullfill the requirements for the investment strategy.

The investments are made in the time horizon of 8-10 years. The goal is to reach at least 10 percent per year after fees.
