Cookie Policy
About Cookies
Cookies are small text files. The text files contain data stored on the visitor’s computer. From time to time, the website requests data from the cookies the visitor has stored on his or her computer. Websites use cookies, among other things, to store settings for how the website is displayed to the visitor. Another common use of cookies is as part of collecting information about visitor behaviour. You consent to the cookies that Coeli may place through the cookie banner that appears when you gain access to the website. To withdraw your consent or if you have any questions regarding this Cookie Policy, you may contact Coeli via dataskyddsombud@coeli.se. When you withdraw your consent, you must open the cookie settings and disable the cookie categories you wish to remove and click save.
Use of Cookies
Coeli uses cookies to improve the user-friendliness of the website, such as keeping track of your data entered when filling in online forms. Coeli uses two types of cookies. One type is a persistent cookie that saves a file for a long time on your computer. It is used, among other things, for functions that tell the user what is new since the last visit to the website in question. The second type of cookie is called a session cookie, and it is valid only during your visit to the website, for example to keep track of whether you are logged in or what you have entered in an online form.
We do not use third-party cookies, nor do we use cookies for marketing purposes.
Cookies from Google Analytics
Coeli uses Google Analytics in order to gain a deeper insight into how our users use our website. The information collected is sent and stored in the United States on Google’s server. Google Analytics does not collect any personal data that can be linked to you as an individual. Google uses cookies to evaluate how you use our website, to create reports about your activity and to offer other services/products that may be of interest to you.
Google Analytics places both persistent cookies and session cookies. Google will not associate your IP address with any information collected or data previously collected.
For more information you can follow this link to Google Analytics Cookie Usage on Websites.
Visitors’ Consent
The basic principle is that Coeli obtains your consent before retrieving or storing cookies. This applies to all forms of cookies. However, we do not obtain your consent when cookies are only used to enable the basic functions of the website to work.
You have the means to change your browser’s privacy settings so that the browser does not receive any cookies.
Coeli does not collect personal data through the cookies we use. Where we start using other forms of cookies that collect personal data about you, we will not disclose the personal data to any other party. You will also be informed about the use of new cookies and given the opportunity to consent to the storage of the cookies in question before they are stored on your computer.
